After Use:

• Before starting to clean the slicer, switch it off
• Remove the plug from the electrical outlet
• Set the thickness adjustor knob to the 0 setting
• NEVER inmmerse the slicer in water
• ALWAYS take care in removing cutting blade. Loss of appredages or serious injury can occur!
• It is necessary to clean the slicer at regular intervals as perishabale food scraps can accumulate on the body of the appliance, the blade, or behind the cutting blade.
• Remove the food-carriage hand guard and clean all food-corriage parts in warm water.
• Wipe the entire housing down by a slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use any scouring powders, scouring pads or hand brushes.
